Hyatt Regency Santa Clara
Our block of rooms at the show rate is open. Please book your room(s) directly through the hotel website. As of early July, there is a two night minimum requirement to book a room. If you put in dates for one night you won’t see any results.
Book soon as rooms run out quickly! If you run into problems with your booking, contact us so we can help. For general Hyatt hotel information here is their website and a map to the hotel.
Hilton Santa Clara
The cut-off date for reservations at Hilton with our rate ended Monday, July 13th, 2026.

Below is the tentative show map for this year. This year’s map should be similar but is subject to change. This page will be updated with this year’s map closer to the event.
The main California Extreme show halls are located at the Hyatt Grand Ballroom and Mission Ballroom, located between the hotel lobby and the Santa Clara Convention Center.
