I found these and have no need for them since both my Ms. Pac cocktails are in decent shape. I got these from Arcade Renovations awhile back and he said he obtained these from trading with Two-Bit Score. TBS wants $69 + shipping for the set so how does $60 shipped sound? For Canada, Hawaii/Alaska or outside of the US it will probably be a few extra dollars for shipping.
