I recently purchased a skeeball machine and the fires up and the computer appears to be working properly. When i start up a game by inserting a coin, the jingle plays, the score resets to 000 but the ball release solenoid does not trigger. I need someone who is familiar with arcade games and electrical to help me fix this issue.
Will pay modest rates and provide beer.
Thanks!

HI, Ive had this problem with pinball machines, everything would work but the ball would not come up. check with a volt meter and make sure your getting power to your selenoid, 99% of the time on the pinballs I work on its the selenoid thats bad, you might want to try replacing your selenoid that holds the balls...

most likely its the solinoid.... i dont know which one it uses... pull it out and try to match part numbers
