Title: 2009 Floor PLan

So what's the new floor plan for the show look like?

Since we are in a hotel this year,,, More chairs?    Why?  Great for the kids to stand on so the parent can save their backs.

We're still pretty far out to have any kind of floor plan, but the show will be in the ballroom at the Hyatt.  We booked most of it, but another event is using one of the corners, so it will be "L" shaped FWIW.  We also have a superb meeting room across the lobby.  There is a great lounge in the hotel lobby for a little relaxing space.

I don't know if chairs are a good idea for having children standing up ... I have seen a lot of kids carry a step that is intended for such purposes.  They are easy to find at Target or Lowes type of stores, and I'd say for the safety of the kids, well worth the investment.

PS  I've put the whips to the AV guy to try and get some videos put up of past speakers ... just so you don't think I've forgotten!
